Notes[]
- This comic was a crossover between the Superfriends and the then-current version of the JLA from DC Comics.
- New Earth was referred to as the Real World in this story, not to be confused with this Real World.
- The homeworld of the Superfriends was simply referred to as "The World of the Super Friends."
- Despero experienced a brain hemorrhage in this comic, and it's unknown if he survived or not.
- Gleek and Grax were both killed in this comic. This suggests that the scenes on the Superfriends' Earth might have taken place in 1984 or 1985, shortly before Series 9, which might explain why Gleek and even the Wonder Twins never showed up in the series beyond Series 8.
- It is possible that the incident involving New Earth and Earth 1956 only happened in an alternate timeline. It was Despero that caused a rip in spacetime which bridged the two universes together. It's possible that this wasn't supposed to have happened according to the Superfriends' true history, which might mean, that in the real timeline, Gleek and Grax might have survived.
