Well, It's Too Late to Stop Now! was originally aired on USA Network circa 1996.
It was a promo for the USA Action Extreme Team, which was a programming block that featured both The Superman/Batman Adventures and the WildC.A.T.s animated series.
In fact, the Super Friends (actually just the Dynamic Duo) even appeared in this short alongside many other characters from the program, such as Savage Dragon, Mighty Max and the heroes of Ultraforce.

- This cartoon featured one of the rare instances (especially outside of comics) in which characters from three major comic book companies (Marvel, DC and Image) appear in a single crossover story. This was because we get appearances from Savage Dragon (Image), the Dynamic Duo (DC) and the Ultraforce (Marvel).
- This cartoon also featured one of a very few crossovers between the very similar Street Fighter and Mortal Kombat franchises, both of which were fighting video games from two separate franchises.
