Watchmen: Who Watches the Watchmen? was published by Mayfair Games on January 1, 1987.
It was a sourcebook for the Super Powers branded role-playing game known as DC Heroes.
It was one of one of three gamebooks that were based upon DC Comics' Watchmen twelve-issue maxi-series.
The other two books were the Watchmen Sourcebook and Watchmen: Taking Out the Trash.
