Victor von Doom, better known as Doctor Doom, was a supervillain who at one time was the ruler of his own European country.

The history of this version of the character is unknown, in fact it's not certain that he existed on this Earth or not.[1]

On this Earth, Victor von Doom was the tyrannical monarch of Latveria.
