Doctor Victor Frankenstein was a Human male scientist living during the 19th century.

He created the original Frankenstein monster, which was the first of his kind.

Mary Shelley wrote a horror story about his life, which was called Frankenstein; or, The Modern Prometheus (1818). It's not entirely clear how much, if any of the book was true, or just a work of fiction.[1]

By the 20th century, his great-great grandson also made an attempt to develop monsters, which he eventually did succeed in creating one of his own monsters.[2]
