Vartoo was a powerful Humanoid from a universe that ran parallel with the Super Friends' reality.
He was the leader of that universe, and his homeworld was a large, red planet.
Powers and Abilities[]
Super Powers[]
- Cosmic Awareness: He seemed to be aware of things that happened in other dimensions, as he had been observing the conflict between the Justice League and the Legion of Doom.
- Vast Wisdom: He seemed to be quite intelligent, although it probably went to his head a bit.
- Teleportation: He was able to teleport people, even people from other dimensions.
- Shapeshifting: He took on the form of the Space Robot Gulatan and the Giant Skeleton Monster. When he was smashed into pieces by Superman he simply used his abilities to reassemble himself.
- Size Manipulation: In both forms he took, not counting his own; he was the size of a giant.

- Leadership: He was the leader of his entire universe.
Weakness[]
- False Sense of Justice: Wonder Woman described Vartoo's brand of justice as "injustice."
Species[]
His species seemed to be very similar to Humans. The main difference seemed to be that he had impressive power, and that his eyes were Inhumanly red.
