Vaga is a dweller of the Center of the Earth, near the Domed City of the Volti. His farmland was blocked by the city's dome, which prompted him and his people to go to war against the Volti for keeping them out. But after Wonder Woman and Samurai speak with Technos, the leader of the Volti, they are able to reach an understanding and become allies.
