Aquaman takes a dive off of the great dam.[1]

Underwater diving is the act of submerging one's own self underwater, with the intent of swimming underwater. It can be done to explore the depths of a river or other body of water, or it can be done for sport, such as in a swimming pool.

When diving into water, whether saltwater or freshwater, one can hold one's breath, or use Scuba equipment in shallow waters, or deep-sea diving gear at the ocean bottom.[2]

There were a couple of scuba divers that had disappeared at the offshore reef of a beach in Italy.[3]

Although not true, it was believed that Ansel Hillbrand was killed when diving of Point Gander.[4]

Aquaman dived to the bottom of the great dam to replace a washed out stone block.[5]
