Twisty is the bumbling sidekick of Noah Tall. He is not very bright, and he has a very noticeable speech disorder. Noah Tall even once called him a "tongue-twisted twerp."

Abilities
- Driving: Amazingly, despite how stupid he actually is, he is able to operate a motor vehicle. He occasionally drives himself and Noah Tall around in the Snoop Wagon. He was also smart enough to start a steam shovel and a bulldozer and send them driving off to create an emergency for Superman to respond to.
Weaknesses
- Diminished Intellect: Twisty is pretty much an idiot. He also has a speech disorder, so he is constantly saying things in reverse or mispronouncing words. He once referred to Wonder Woman as "Womer Wonden."
