Tobacco is a type of plant native to Earth. It can be consumed, used as a pesticide and, in the form of nicotine tartrate, used in some medicines.
The leaves of tobacco are often rolled up in bundles called cigars or cigarettes, and smoked by people, a common practice for humans on Earth. Tobacco can also be smoked in tobacco pipes. But tobacco is a highly addictive substance, making it difficult for one to quit once started.
