Time Magazine became a Time Warner company when it merged with Warner Communications; becoming Time Warner from 1990-2018.
Time Warner is now known as WarnerMedia, which owns Warner Bros. and its' subsidiaries and divisions. One such Warner company is DC Comics, which also owns the Superfriends franchise.
