Armand Lydecker was in reality the supercriminal known as The Vulture.
He was a member of the Terrible Trio and an enemy of the Batman.

Earth-1A[]
This thug was knocked out by Grey Matter when he teamed up with Batman for a crime fighting adventure in Gotham City. Batman took out the thug's friend.
He and his friend later team up once again, and this time, they are taken out by Batman and Inch High.[2]

- Addiction: He was addicted to tobacco, as he was constantly smoking cigarettes.

- Armand Lydecker was created by Dave Wood and Sheldon Moldoff and first appeared in Detective Comics # 253 (March 1958).[3]
- The scene in which Armand was taken out was very similar to the theme song of the old Batman television series, in which he is also taken out in the same fashion.
