Why do people say this did not air in the US? I lived in NJ at the time and I remember every episode clearly. ABC in Philadelphia, Channel 6 did air them. Several times. In fact I remember clearly the reference in "Roller Coaster" where the wonder twins are talking about a movie they just saw "I really liked the alien with the pointed ears." "Well, Zan, you remind me of the alien monster with the pointed head". This is a direct refernce to "Star Trek 3 the search for Spock" Which came out just two years earlier. Not sure, it could have been only released in certain areas of the US, of course it did eventually air on The Superman/Batman Adventures, although in edited form, and was eventually released on DVD. Also bootleg copies were available for years.

My question, are you certain it was ABC and not Cartoon Network? If it really was ABC, just remember we're talking about thirty-five years ago. Are you sure your memory is that clear?

By the way, Star Trek III: The Search for Spock (which we have a page for) came out in 1984. It was the Wrath of Khan that came out in '82.

Also, just curious, I get that it was Spock being referenced there, but what about the "monster with the pointed head?" Only character I could think of was Kruge, and he was a Klingon, with the typical ridges on the forehead, but not pointy headed like the Klingons from Star Trek Discovery. Also these episodes were before that, and the villain in Wrath of Khan was Khan...I'd have to rewatch the episode myself to understand this...feel free to fill me in though.
