Sweeping is an activity that involves the removal of dust from a surface, such as the floor, carpet, porch, sidewalk or street. Brooms and vacuum cleaners are often used for the task of sweeping.
Wendy was once sweeping the porch at the White's residence, and Gloma and Plinky showed her how they sweep on Balunia by using their aerokinetic powers to blow the dust off the porch.[2]
