A space cloud was any cloud in outer space.
One was located not far from Earth. Doctor Shamon was sky mining gold from the cloud, but it turned out to be disastrous for Earth, because when the mining was complete, an unknown element called Shamonite fell to the Earth, which caused size alteration phenomenon all over the planet.[2]
