Shining Knight was a superhero originally from 6th century England; a champion Knight of the Round Table, and later, after being in suspended animation for several centuries, is finally revived in the 20th century.
During his career as a superhero, he joined the superhero groups such as the Seven Soldiers of Victory and the All-Star Squadron.

- Enchanted Armor: Sir Justin's armor was enchanted to be lightweight but impervious to almost any kind of damage. While wearing it, Justin was protected from freezing, burning, and possibly also electrocution and radiation.
- Enchanted Sword: Sir Justin's weapon of choice was his sword which was enchanted so that it could cut through almost anything.

- Winged Victory: Shining Knight rides on his flying horse named Winged Victory, or just Victory for short.
