He was a former professor of the Academy of Science.

- Genius-Level Intellect: He was quite intelligent, although he was clearly a bit insane.
- Science: He was very well-known within the Academy of Science, from which he was expelled from. He was also going to be Kleezor's minister of science, although this didn't come to pass, as his evil scheme was stopped by the Superfriends.
Weakness[]
- Mental Illness: Although his mind gifted him with a high level of intelligence, it also made him a bit of a genocidal nutcase that attempted to bring about the end of the world by causing the Earth to collide with another world.

Weaponry[]
- Gravitational Gyro-Magneto: A device that was given to him by an alien named Kleezor that he used to draw in a Kryptonite Planet on a collision course with Earth.
Transportation[]
- Escape Rocket: His personal rocket ship that was supposed to allow him to escape Earth before it's destruction.
- Fearo's Island: His very own floating island, which was where his laboratory was located. Since it was a mobile island, he was able to travel the ocean with it.
Headquarters[]
- Fearo's Laboratory: He operated a laboratory in the Andes Mountains of South America, but it was eventually destroyed by an earthquake. In fact, Batman and Wonder Woman were both nearly buried alive when it collapsed.
Allies[]
- Kleezor: An alien Humanoid with green skin that lived on a planet that circled a blue sun. His alliance with Fearo was for the purpose of destroying Earth so that his planet could be brought to the Sol system to replace Earth's position in space.
- Energy Creatures: Alien beings that were made of energy that served as Kleezor's henchmen. They were presumably from Kleezor's homeworld as well, although this wasn't revealed.
