This Police Captain was on hand when a giant sea pachyderm[3] was in the middle of a street by the Hall of Justice.
He suggested to Batman that they use a tractor to move it, but the Dynamic Duo tell him that they might injure the whale if they do that.
Superman then arrives on the scene and tells the captain that he'll take care of it, and then he lifts the large cetacean and takes him back to his home in the sea.[4]
