Plastic Man was a popular comic book magazine that was originally printed by Quality Comics in the USA.
As its' title implied, the book featured the stretchy superhero himself - Plastic Man, aka Eel O'Brian.

At some point, the Plastic Man comic book began getting published by DC Comics Inc. circa 1979.[3]
While at the Laundry-Mat, Hula-Hula was reading a Plastic Man comic book.[4]
On one occasion, Fangpuss bit Plastic Man's foot while he was posing for a picture with a background that made it appear he was on the cover of a comic book. He told the little werewolf: "Hey wait a second, I'm one of the good guys, remember?"[5]
On an Earth that was similar to this one, on one episode of Evening Magazine, Richard Hart tagged along with Plastic Man when he went into a San Francisco comic book store. While they were in there, some Plastic Man comic books could be seen on a table.[6]
