Unlike normal non-super powered penguins, he could fly.

Powers and Abilities
Super Powers
- Flight: Unlike normal penguins, Peter could fly. He did't seem to use his wings for flight however, suggesting that his power of flight was more of a will power, much like Superman, who could fly without the aid of wings.
Abilities
- Genius-Level Intellect: By penguin standards, Peter appeared to be quite smart. Even though he couldn't talk, he seemed to be incredibly intelligent for a penguin. Not quite at the same level as a human but still very smart for his own species. It should also be noted, he was one of only two non-human animals to be a student at Hero High, the other being Giggler.
