Noah Tall's fortress is a large building located on Noah Tall's private island. The fortress belongs to Noah Tall, who is often present with Twisty, who is his sidekick.
The fortress has an aircraft defense system called the Sea Sucker Water Gun, which is a gun that shoots high pressured saltwater at approaching aircraft, such as the Batcopter, which he used it on.[2]
