Mikhail Gorbachev was a Russian politician that served as the General Secretary of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union from 1985-1991.

He was the last leader of the Soviet Union, serving as the President from 1990-1991.



In 1990, in the National Edition of the Daily Planet; the same edition that spoke of the Injustice League acting as superheroes on page one, had an article about Dan Quayle on page three, which stated that Quayle and Gorbachev were set for summit.[1]
