In 1979, when the Superman from a parallel universe called the "Universe of Good" came to Metropolis University asking for her help; he told her he wasn't of her Earth. Still, this woman wanted proof, but he told her to judge for herself, since he had no proof.
She then realized that only a person telling the truth would entrust another to make that judgement for themself, so she decided to help him get back to his home universe. But she gave him one condition: that he returns to that Earth someday and try to restore order there, bringing truth and justice to that universe as well.[3]
