Mark Twain (1835-1910) was a famous American writer of many different books.

He was born in Missouri and died in Connecticut at the age of seventy-four.



When Batman stabbed a wooden stake through the heart of the vampire called Skeeter, who had previously believed he had drowned in quicksand, he told her "To quote Mark Twain...reports of my death were somewhat exaggerated."[1]
