Manager

Mongul saying that he's the new manager.[1]

A manager was a someone who took on a leadership role in a business.

Employees generally viewed managers as the "boss," although that didn't mean that managers themselves didn't have bosses, as normally in a corporation, there were company presidents that were the bosses of the managers.[2]
