Starfire is a native of Tamaran, which is located in the same solar system as Kuraq.[1]
Kuraq is the fifteenth world in the Vega system.
The Omega Men utilize this world as their own personal headquarters.[2]

- Kuraq first appeared in Omega Men # 33 (December 1985).[3]
- For unknown reasons, the planet Kuraq wasn't mentioned in The Atlas of the DC Universe, even though it had appeared prior to that. Instead, the map of the Vega system shows a blank spot where the fifteenth planet is supposed to be, falsely saying that it was "not shown yet." This however is false, as the planet was shown before that book was written.
