Inside the Hall of Justice was the Trouble Alert.
The Trouble Alert was an advanced, global networking system which was connected to the Justice League Computer, and the SDI, that alerted the SuperFriends to all sorts of dangers or emergencies.
Early on the network system was called TroubAlert. By 1977, the Wonder Twins; which were members of the Junior Super Friends, were able to be alerted by radio via the Teen Trouble Alert, which they were able to receive on specially designed wrist watches.
