Industrial Toy Werks or ITW for short, is a toy company based in Astana, Kazakhstan.
Starting in 2009, the company released a number of new figures for Kenner's old Super Powers line (1984-1986).
Some of the figures that they made, such as Quadrex for example, was originally planned to be released as part of the fourth wave in 1987, but the line was canceled.
Still, Industrial Toy Werks made those previously canceled figures and new figures as well. Many variants were made as well.
