Hula-Hula was the sidekick of Plastic Man, working for the same agency as he does, along with Penny.
He was known for having terrible luck, but he made up for it by seeming to have friends who could feed him information on any subject.

Super Powers[]
- Psychic Lineage: Hula-Hula claimed that psychic powers were in his family since his ancestor named Kamehameha I. In fact, Hula-Hula believed that if he concentrated hard enough, that he too would be able to have such abilities. The most he was able to accomplish was experiencing bad luck.
- Probability Manipulation: Although he clearly had no control of this ability, he seemed to be able to manipulate probability, but hardly ever to his advantage. On the contrary, this was usually only a dis-service to him and his friends, which is why he earned the nickname "Bad Luck" Hula. On the other hand, this uncanny ability also helped him out at times, especially when he found himself in a city on the other side of the world, and still managed to run into somebody he knew that was able to help him with whatever their mission was.
