Hover attitude

Hover attitude[1]

Hover attitude, or hovering was when an aircraft, spacecraft or automobile (such as a hovercar) held a position in the sky, usually within a few feet above the ground, or closer. (although some vehicles could hover much higher) Such a process is called levitation.

Many characters that had the ability of flight also had the ability to hover over the ground.

The Blue Jet was capable of hover attitude when it was switched to automatic control.[2]

Green Arrow had a trick arrow that was capable of hovering, which was called a hover arrow.[3]
