The Hitchhiker Snatcher, as Jayna called him; was a male Human that lived during the 20th century.
In the late nineteen seventies he kidnapped a girl by the name of Jody, who foolishly chose to let him give her a ride to the beach in his car.
History[]
Earth 1956[]
He was driving in his car down a side street off Main toward the intersection where a bus stop was located. There he saw a young girl named Jody, with her thumb in the air. He stopped the car, and asked where she was heading, and she told him "the beach." He then told her to get in, and that he would take her there.
Meanwhile, at the beach, Jody's girlfriend Beth arrived first, where the bus dropped her off. Not long later, she spots Jody in the stranger's car, but he doesn't drop her off there, even though she asked him to. Instead, he pushes down harder on the gas pedal and the car speeds up. He told her she isn't going to the beach.
Later, the Wonder Twins, who were playing tennis at the Tennis Court; were alerted to the kidnapping thanks to a phone call from Beth at the beach's phone booth. She told them that the car was heading down a highway along the coast. Zan, Jayna and Gleek immediately leave to rescue the young girl from her captor.
Meanwhile, on the highway, she continues to beg him to let her out, and he becomes increasingly aggressive, telling her to "Shut up!!" -- His driving was aggressive as well, and since he was speeding down a curvey road, he was forced to slow his vehicle down, otherwise he might have ran off the road. Because his automobile slowed down so much, she immediately leapt out of the moving vehicle.
This angers the "Hitchhiker Snatcher," who then slams on the brakes and exits his car and chases her on foot. She runs down a steep terrain and he pursues after her. She trips and falls to the ground briefly, but quickly gets back to her feet and continues to flee.
Meanwhile above, Jayna, in the form of an eagle, spots them below. Zan also notices that the man is catching up to the girl. He gets closer, and closer and closer - until he finally makes physical contact with her, grabbing her violently. The girl is fearful, and she struggles to escape her predator that is attempting to make her his prey, and the situation seemed hopeless; as he clearly was stronger than her. But just in the nick of time, the Wonder Twins arrive.
Jayna takes the form of a camel and Zan transforms into an ice jail. Jayna then lifts him up by the butt with her head, throwing him onto her back, where she then runs him into Gleek's elastic tail, which hurls him into the ice jail. Zan then jokingly announces: "That's what I call going directly to jail!"[4]

- Young Girls: He apparently had a thing for teenage girls. This led him to committing a pretty serious crime. Jody probably wasn't his first victim either.

- Dark Green Car: He drove around in this dark green automobile. The car was a dark green sedan, likely an early seventies model, although this is difficult to tell. It appeared to be a Mercedes-Benz W116.
