Hermes 20[1]
Hermes 20 was a manned spacecraft built by NASA as part of the Cape Courageous space program. The ship was intended to make the 20th manned moon landing, but it was unsuccessful because the mission was sabotaged by Doctor Rebos, who planted his androids, Astronaut 1 and Astronaut 2 in the ship, and they piloted the ship to a crash.

It should be noted since the crew was made up of androids, then that leaves one to speculate something must have happened to the real crew. Their fate was never revealed however.
