He-Man was the champion of the planet known as Eternia. His archenemy was the evil supervillain known as Skeletor, who constantly tried to conquer Eternia with his countless schemes.
He-Man's secret identity was known as Prince Adam, the Prince of Eternia, and defender of the secrets of Castle Grayskull. His feline companion was named Cringer aka Battle Cat.

Super Powers[]
- Transformation: When Adam holds up his sword and says: "By the power of Grayskull, I have the power!" he transforms into He-Man. He then also transforms Cringer into Battle Cat.
- Superhuman Strength: He can hold his own in a fight against Superman, even the mighty Man of Steel was convinced that He-Man was strong enough that he could have killed him.

Earth 1956[]
Skeletor once used his magic to bring Superman, the champion of Earth from many years in the past, forward in time to the planet Eternia, forcing him to battle He-Man.
Luckily the spell is broken and Superman and He-Man team up to take stop Skeletor's evil plan. Superman then returns to Earth in his own time period.[2]
In 1986, Freddy once used his imagination while putting on Underoos underwear, pretending he was He-Man, but also Matt Trakker and Optimus Prime. He also had Superman and Lion-O underwear and imagined those characters coming to life from his underwear as if they were there with him.[3]
Earth-SGC2C[]
On one occasion, He-Man teamed up with a number of superheroes, including a few members of the Super Friends. The heroes he teamed up with were Bamm Bamm Rubble, Popeye, Wonder Woman, Batman, Robin, Superman, Johnny Bravo, Touché Turtle and Honk Kong Phooey.
As a team, they took on a number of supervillains, mostly members of the Legion of Doom. These villains were Lex Luthor, Black Manta, the Cheetah, Aku, Bluto, Marvin the Martian and Mojo Jojo.[5]
