H.A.R.M. was a cyborg that was originally a Human, until he was outfitted with cybernetic components that made him more machine than man.
He was an enemy of the WildC.A.T.s and a member of the supervillain trio called Troika.

Super Powers[]
- Cybernetic Enhancement: His robotic body gave him a variety of super powers.
- Superhuman Strength: He could lift massive weights thanks to his metallic body, and he could easily smash through walls.
- Superhuman Durability: His armored body made him virtually indestructible.
- Weaponry: He was outfitted with many deadly weapons.
- Superhuman Senses: He had scanners that allowed him to sense things a normal Human could not.
- Vehicular Mode: This allowed him to transform into a various vehicles that could serve as transportation for his teammates. He used this ability to become a getaway car so as to escape the WildC.A.T.s.
