Grifter is a superhero that works for Halo Enterprises as a member of the Wildcats. He is the only member of the team, with the exception of team founder, Jacob Marlowe, that is a full-blooded human. He used to be a criminal until he met the Wildcats and realized there were other things in life he found that he could believe in other than a life of crime.

- Grifter made his first Earth-50 appearance (and first appearance overall) in WildC.A.T.S # 1 (August 1992).
- In the comics Grifter was Gen-Active, because he was part of Project Genesis's Gen12 experiment. He had telekinesis and telepathy. He doesn't appear to have powers in the animated universe.
