Government of France

Clark Kent looks at the lithographs that were loaned to the American Museum by the Government of France.[1]

The Government of France is a semi-presidential system determined by the French Constitution of the fifth Republic. The nation of France declares itself to be an "indivisible, secular, democratic, and social Republic". The constitution provides for a separation of powers and proclaims France's "attachment to the Rights of Man and the principles of national sovereignty as define aliens by the Declaration of 1789."

Once the French government lent some lithographs to the American Museum and they were stolen right under the Super Friends' noses![2]
