Gotham City Observatory[1]
The Gotham City Observatory was an astronomical observatory located in Mount Whitmore just outside Gotham City.
One of the most ingenious scientists in the world, Von Knowalot utilized this astronomical observatory for his research. He was one of the leading scientists on hand to take care of the heatwave crisis that was going on since the Earth was moving closer to the sun.
