Grodd is a gorilla supervillain. He's an enemy of The Flash and he's a member of the Legion of Doom.
History
Grodd came from Gorilla City, Africa, a city inhabited by super-intelligent apes. But when Grodd joined the Legion of Doom, he was banished to live outside of the city, in man's world.
