Brainiac's super intelligence grants him the ability to invent incredible devices and scheme up ingenious plans against the Superfriends.[1]
Super Intelligence was a super power that some Metahumans and aliens possessed. Throughout the Milky Way Galaxy and beyond, there were many alien races who had varying levels of intelligence, and so what was considered "super intelligence" varied depending on the species.
By Human standards, anyone having super intelligence had to be at least a 7th level intellect or higher. By Coluan standards, super intelligence has to be at least a 13th level intellect or higher.
