The G.E.E.C. Factory is where Professor Goodfellow works. It also is where he built his greatest invention, the G.E.E.C. computer.
It is located within "bike riding distance" of the Hall of Justice, perhaps in Gotham City.[1]

- ↑ At that time is was unclear if the Hall of Justice was located in Gotham City or Metropolis. Since Marvin and Wendy rode their bikes from the Hall to the location of the factory, it would seem to suggest that the G.E.E.C. Factory is most likely in Gotham City, or just outside of Gotham.
