Franklin Delano Roosevelt (1882-1945) was the thirty-second President of the United States.

Prior to his presidency, he was the senator of New York from 1910-1912; and he was the Assistant Secretary of the Navy from 1913-1919.

In the 1920s he developed a medical condition that gave him paralysis, and by the end of the decade, he became the governor of New York, until he was elected president in 1932. His presidency lasted twelve years, from 1933 to his death in 1945.^[1]

Earth-Two[]

On this Earth, after the attack on Pearl Harbor by the Japanese navy, Roosevelt sends out a call to the Justice Society of America and many other superheroes, thus founding the All-Star Squadron to serve as America's homefront heroes.
