More than 60% of the population of Utah are members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.[1]
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints was a Christian church headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah. Members of this church were called Mormons, and they were well known for their Mormon Tabernacle Choir.
When Riddler was disguised as a shrink, he was playing a word association game with Captain Marvel, trying to get him to come up with the word "lake," so he could find Hidden Island Lake, which was where the Legion of Doom's hideout was located. Riddler then tells him "Salt Blank City," which reminded Captain Marvel of the Mormon Tabernacle Choir, and so he responded by saying: "The Blank Tabernacle Choir!"[2]
