The Old Boston Sector was a residential area located in the core of Metropolis.
It was well-known for its' college campuses as well as apartment complexes.
It was the home of Madam President Marte Allon.

Marte Allon's son Gim Allon; better known as Colossal Boy of the Legion of Super-Heroes; once visited his mother at Old Boston Sector.
He introduced her and Wynn Allon to his new wife, Yera, who was a Durlan.
His parents weren't exactly pleased with his choice of a wife, but they got over it.
Although they later expressed their hope within their own privacy that their grandchildren would be raised on Judaism, being common among Jewish tradition.[2]
