A hovermobile was a type of flying automobile that was capable of hovering over the ground. A car that was a hovermobile was called a hovercar.
Hovermobiles such as hovercars were common on planets such as Vega during the 20th century.[2] Hovermobiles called floaters were also common on Krypton.[3]
By the 2050s or so, hovermobiles, particularly hovercycles; were common on Earth.[4] Hovercycles were also common on Apokolips.[5]
