The Gotham National Bank was located in Gotham City, and it held trust funds for the Wayne Foundation.
Bruce Wayne met with its' presiding officer and his staff about the liquidation of all of the Wayne Foundation's assets held in trust by the Gotham National Bank.
This was due to a scheme orchestrated by Poison Ivy, as she had used mind controlled each of them, forcing them to sign certain legal documents.[2]
