The Gotham City Library, also called the Gotham Public Library or just the Gotham Library was located in Gotham City.
It was a large library that featured a large number of books for any visiting Gothamite to read.

It had a horror section that had books by Mary Shelley, H.P. Lovecraft, Ambrose Bierce and Edgar Allan Poe; just to name a few.[2]

The Gotham Library was created by Don C. Cameron, Bob Kane and Ray Burnley and first appeared in Detective Comics # 106 (December 1945).[3]
