The moons of Saturn were colonized by Earthlings about a century prior to the 23rd century.[1]
The 23rd century was a time when the human race began reaching out further into outer space. At this point, Neptune is colonized by Earthlings. The planet Starhaven is also colonized by Native Americans sometime during this century.[2]
The Neptunians and Starhavenites become major figures in human cultures in the centuries to come.
