Fenwick Corporation's board of directors were having a meeting at Fenwick Tower, which was presided by Luther Fenwick, but it was interrupted by Wendy Harris, who was trying to convince Fenwick to open a dialogue with Doctor Pelagian, who was concerned Fenwick's factories were polluting the ocean.
