Electronics or electronic devices were any devices that had electrical circuits, which were powered by electrical energy, energy which electrons played a key role in powering. Electronic components are often made up transistors[2] and other components. Electronics were common in households and everyday workplaces.

According to Wendy Harris, the Vanderbulge Mansion had the most advanced electronic burglar alarm system in the world.[3]
