Electro-rock was a type of rock music that was popular during the 20th century.

Once Jimmy Olsen was taking a taxicab to Metropolis International Airport and the radio station playing in the car was playing an electro-rock band. The taxicab driver wanted to change it to a reggae radio station but Jimmy objected, as he wanted to hear it.[2]
